Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2001, and ending July 1, 2005, to the following 501 (c) (3) organizations: Manterfly Youth Development, Inc.; International Christian Centers for the Deaf, Inc.; Parents and Researchers Interested in Smith-Magenis Syndrome (PRISMS), Inc.; Children's Advocacy Center of Bristol/Washington County, Virginia, Inc.; Boat People S.O.S., Inc.; KidsPeace National Centers for Kids in Crisis of North America, Inc.; Robert and Dee Leggett Foundation; Madison Emergency Services Association (MESA), Inc.; AIDS Response Effort, Inc.; Housing Partnerships, Inc.; HomeBase of the Virginia Peninsula, Inc.; Richmond Metro Workcamp, Inc.; and The United Civic League of Cavalier Manor.
