SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Sales and use tax. Provides for several new sales and use tax exemptions and extends the sunset dates for exemptions set to expire June 30, 2001. This bill incorporates SB's 965, 966, 1143 and 1183.
