SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemption; Manterfly Youth Development, Incorporated. Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2001, and ending July 1, 2005, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation organized to ensure that young people will be given the opportunity to reach their full potentials and become productive members of society by, including but not limited to, providing counseling and related services. This bill was incorporated into SB 966.
