SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemption; Children's Advocacy Center of Bristol/Washington County, Virginia, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption, from July 1, 2001, through July 1, 2005, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation organized to combat child abuse by coordinating and providing crisis intervention and counseling services to children and their families through a neutral, child-focused facility. This bill was incorporated into SB 966.
