SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales and use tax exemption; Housing Partnerships, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2001, and ending July 1, 2005, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation organized for the purpose of providing services to economically or socially disadvantaged persons by, including but not limited to, repairing or replacing substandard housing located within the boundaries of Twenty-third Planning District established pursuant to § 15.2-4203. This bill was incorporated into SB 966.
