SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Fuels Tax Act; definition of commercial watercraft.  Clarifies that the exemption from sales and use tax for motor fuels used in commercial watercraft applies to any watercraft owned by a private business and used in the conduct of its business and operations.
