SUMMARY:

Special license plates; members of the General Assembly. Provides that, for special license plates issued for members of the House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate, license numbers shall be based on seniority; however, any member can receive a license plate number that is the same as his district number if (i) he so requests and (ii) his license plate number based on his district number will be no lower than his license number based on his seniority.
