VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to allow the City of Bristol, Virginia, to enter into agreements with Sullivan County, Tennessee. [S 409] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The City of Bristol, Virginia, is expressly granted authority to enter into agreements with Sullivan County, Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of § 15.1-21 of the Code of Virginia, including agreements for the development of property, and to enter into long-term leases.
