SUMMARY:

City of Bristol; out-of-state agreements. Grants the City of Bristol authority to enter into agreements with Sullivan County, Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of § 15.1-21 of the Code of Virginia, including agreements for the development of property, and to enter into long term leases.
