Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The [ City of Petersburg is Counties of Brunswick, Greensville, Roanoke and Washington are ] hereby authorized to establish within its general district court a small claims court division, which shall be designated the small claims court, pursuant to the provisions of § 16.1-122.1.
