SUMMARY:
Small claims court. Authorizes Harrisonburg and Richmond and the Counties of Brunswick, Greenville, Roanoke, Rockingham and Washington to establish a small claims court. Each jurisdiction must adopt a local resolution seeking creation of a small claims division prior to its creation.
