SUMMARY:

Workers' Compensation insurance; policies with deductibles. Requires insurers issuing workers' compensation policies with deductibles to pay claimants directly and then seek reimbursement from the insured for any deductible amounts. The bill further provides that if an insured fails to reimburse the insurer for the deductible amounts, the deductible endorsement will be cancelled.
