SUMMARY:

Cities, counties and towns; water analysis. Adds, for one year, the City of Virginia Beach to the list of localities which may, by ordinance, adopt reasonable requirements for the testing of water to determine compliance with state and federal water quality standards. Testing requirements apply only to building permit applicants who propose to utilize private ground water wells as the primary source of potable water.
