SUMMARY:

Operating costs of correctional facilities; appropriation. Appropriates $25,675,440 in fiscal year 1994-95 from the general fund for operating costs of correctional facilities. The sources of the appropriation are the undesignated, unreserved general fund balance on June 30, 1994, and any general fund appropriations for the Medicaid program during the 1994-96 biennium that the Governor, based on recent trends in Medicaid caseloads, unallots.
