Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1 That the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall suspend the enforcement of regulations establishing a minimum germination standard for peanuts used for agricultural seed (Section 18 of VR115-04-09, Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia

Seed Law) until July 1, 1994.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
