SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Conformity of the Commonwealth's taxation system with the Internal Revenue Code; emergency. Advances Virginia's date of conformity with the Internal Revenue Code from December 31, 2021, to December 31, 2022. The bill enacts Chapters 6 and 18 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, Special Session I. The bill contains an emergency clause. This bill is identical to SB 882.
