SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Nutrient credit certification; timeline for consideration. Directs the State Water Control Board (the Board) to establish a timeline for consideration of applications for land conversion projects. The Department of Environmental Quality will be required to deny, approve, or approve with conditions an application within 15 days of determining that the application is complete. The bill also directs the Board to certify credits that are located in tributaries outside the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
