SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Right to enter on land for transportation purposes. Removes the requirement that notice of intent to enter be sent by certified mail. The bill also eliminates the required waiting period if the landowner agrees to or requests an earlier date of entry than that specified in the notice.
