VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to extend the time for compliance with the certification requirement for individuals who install, service, or repair chairlifts or other vertical conveyances intended for residential use only. [S 6017] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Virginia Board for Contractors shall extend the time for compliance with the requirements of § 54.1-1141 of the Code of Virginia until July 1, 2009, for individuals who install, service, or repair chairlifts or other vertical conveyances intended for residential use only.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
