VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 836 and the second enactment of Chapter 868 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, relating to school safety personnel. [H 2671] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 836 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That, with such funds as may be appropriated for such purpose, the training and employment standards required by § 9.1-184 shall be applicable to persons employed as school security officers on and after September 15, 2003 2004.
