Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 836 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That, with such funds as may be appropriated for such purpose, the training and employment standards required by § 9.1-184 shall be applicable to persons employed as school security officers on and after September 15, 20032004.
