SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Building code violations. Allows for the imposition of an enhanced penalty, in addition to the other penalties described in § 36-106, for any person who is convicted of three or more building code violations for separate offenses relating to health and safety during a 10-year period. The enhanced penalty shall be a jail term not to exceed 10 days and a fine not to exceed $2,500, either or both.
