SUMMARY:
Filing information with commissioners of revenue. Requires persons owning, managing, or operating certain facilities, upon written request of the commissioner of the revenue, to provide information regarding the names of tenants, owners, or other occupants of the facilities and information regarding watercraft or aircraft kept at the facility if the facility managers require the tenants, owners, or other occupants to provide them with the required information. Currently, only owners and operators of apartment houses, office buildings, shopping centers, trailer camps, marinas, and private airports are required, upon request, to provide a list of tenants by February 1 of each year. Noncompliance is punishable as a Class 4 misdemeanor.
