SUMMARY:
Public Procurement Act; AFDC recipients. Provides that state contracts in excess of $200,000 shall request that the contractor give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the contract, to Virginia recipients of aid to families with dependent children. The AFDC recipient must possess the skills necessary to perform the work required by the contract.
