SUMMARY:
Job protection for service on board of supervisors. Provides that a board member shall not be discharged from employment, nor have any adverse personnel action taken against him, as a result of his absence from employment due to attendance at board meetings, upon giving reasonable notice to his employer of such absence. Violation of this provision is a Class 4 misdemeanor.
