Prosecution of certain criminal matters by city and town attorneys. Grants city and town attorneys authority, if approved by the local governing body and with concurrence of the attorney for the Commonwealth, to prosecute criminal violations of local ordinances or the commission of misdemeanors within the locality's boundaries.
