SUMMARY:

Administration of the government; Freedom of Information Act; exemptions. Adds adult arrestee photographs when necessary to avoid jeopardizing an investigation in felony cases to the existing exemption for memoranda, correspondence, etc., related to criminal investigations. The bill provides that such exemption is applicable only until such time the release of such photograph will no longer jeopardize the investigation.
