Reports, documents, memoranda or other information or materials which describe any aspect of security used by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts to the extent that disclosure or public dissemination of such materials would jeopardize the security of the Museum or any warehouse controlled by the Museum, as follows:
a. Operational, procedural or tactical planning documents, including any training manuals to the extent they discuss security measures;
b. Surveillance techniques;
c. Installation, operation, or utilization of any alarm technology;
d. Engineering and architechtural drawings of the Museum or any warehouse;
e. Transportation of the Museum's collections, including routes or schedules; or
f. Operation of the Museum or any warehouse used by the Museum involving the:
(1) Numbers of employees, including security guards, present at any time; or
(2) Busiest hours, with the maximum number of visitors in the Museum.
