SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Property Owners' Association Act; operation of the association; requirements for certain associations; enforcement. Applies to the Property Owners' Association Act certain provisions of the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act for associations incorporated under that act. The bill provides that such provisions are to be enforced by the Common Interest Community Board.
