SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Biennial budget; failure to enact. Provides for the continuation of the budget in effect through June 30 of an even-numbered year for the next fiscal year in the event that the General Assembly fails to enact a biennial budget by May 1 of that even-numbered year.
