SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Uniform Statewide Building Code; separation distances between single-family homes. Requires the Board of Housing and Community Development to promulgate regulations by October 1, 2003, for establishment of performance-based standards for separation distances between single-family homes and property lines to promote and enhance public safety.
