SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Capital projects. Authorizes (i) certain capital projects to be funded by bonds issued by the Virginia College Building Authority in an amount not to exceed $210,722,450; (ii) certain capital projects to be funded by bonds issued by the Virginia Public Building Authority in an amount not to exceed $28,595,000; and (iii) appropriates nongeneral funds for certain capital projects in the amount of $69,237,000.
