SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Special conservators of the peace; armed security officer registration. Provides that a special conservator of the peace may possess simultaneous registration with the Department of Criminal Justice Services as an armed security officer and shall maintain the rights, requirements, and restrictions contained therein.
