SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Validity of conservation easements; open-space land; public body. Requires the public body to hold a conservation easement or the public body acquiring real property for open-space land to determine that the limitations or obligations from acquiring such easement or real property for open-space land conform in all respects to the comprehensive plan for the area in which the easement or real property is located.
