SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act; manufactured home park; notice of sale and relocation expenses. Increases from $2,500 to $5,000 the relocation expenses a landlord shall provide to a manufactured home owner if a rental agreement is terminated due to the sale of the manufactured home park to a buyer that is going to redevelop the park and change its use. The bill also removes the distinction made to provide $3,500 in relocation expenses for manufactured parks located in Planning District 8.
