SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Warning devices on school buses; use before proposed stop. Increases the distance before a proposed stop that a school bus must use its warning devices from 100 feet to 200 feet if the lawful speed limit is less than 35 miles per hour and from 200 feet to 500 feet if the lawful speed limit is 35 miles per hour or more.
