Gaming businesses; use of the phrase "Virginia is for Bettors"; civil penalty. Prohibits gaming businesses, as defined in the bill, from using the phrase "Virginia is for Bettors" in an advertisement in association with their products or services. A violation is subject to a civil penalty of up to $50,000.
