SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Office of the Attorney General; representation of members of the General Assembly for violations of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act. Allows the Office of the Attorney General to represent a member of the General Assembly in any civil matter alleging that such member in his official capacity violated the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (§ 2.2-3700 et seq.). This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council.
