SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Voluntary income tax contributions; Virginia Foundation for the Humanities and Public Policy; Center for Governmental Studies; and Law and Economics Center. Allows individual taxpayers to make voluntary contributions from income tax refunds to the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities and Public Policy, the Center for Governmental Studies at the University of Virginia, and the Law and Economics Center at George Mason University. Each of these provisions has a January 1, 2005, sunset date.
