SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Regulations of the ABC Board. Requires the ABC Board by regulation to establish reasonable requirements related to the issuance of banquet licenses to nonprofit corporations or associations in charge of special events where alcoholic beverages are sold to the public. Such requirements shall require that any banquet licensee subject to these regulations file a report of the income and expenses associated with the event on a form prescribed by the Board, when the banquet licensee engages another person to organize, conduct or operate the event on behalf of the licensee. The bill requires the ABC Board to adopt these final regulations on or before July 1, 2000.
