Western Transportation Corridor. Prescribes minimum conditions which the Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Virginia Department of Transportation must meet in order ensure that the process of determining the need for, planning, designing, constructing, and financing the Western Transportation Corridor is orderly, open, and public.
