Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the fifth enactment of Chapter 902 of the Acts of Assembly of 1996 is amended and reenacted as follows:

5. That Chapter 7.2 of Title 32.1 and subsection K of § 11-45 of the Code of Virginia shall expire on July 1, 1999 July 1, 2003.
