Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding § 33.1-62 of the Code of Virginia, that portion of Union Mill Road in the Town of Clifton, in Fairfax County between the Bull Run Tributary and Lee Highway ( U. S. Route 29) is hereby designated a scenic highway and Virginia byway.
