SUMMARY:
Bonds for the Northern Virginia Transportation District Program. Authorizes an additional $95.9 million (from $271 million to 366.9 million) in Commonwealth of Virginia Transportation Revenue Bonds to finance the cost of the projects included in the Northern Virginia Transportation District Program. The measure authorizes public rights-of-way use fees to be used as an additional source of repayment of this debt.
