SUMMARY:
Carrying concealed weapons. Extends the privilege to carry concealed weapons without a permit to any special agent retired from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. The current privilege for retired officers is limited to retired officers of the State Police or any local police department or sheriff's office.
The provisions of this bill were incorporated into House Bill 757.
