SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage licenses. Grants a mixed beverage license to an establishment located at an altitude of 1,502 feet or more above sea level on property through which the North Fork of the Roanoke River flows and which is located in any county having a population between 73,900 and 73,950 (Blacksburg Country Club located in Montgomery County).
