SUMMARY:

Claims; Duncan, Donna, et al. Provides relief, not to exceed $4,134, for Donna Duncan and 13 other former employees of Buster Brown Apparel who were ruled to have improperly received unemployment compensation benefits. The ruling was overturned on appeal made by other former Brown Apparel employees, but these 14 claimants did not timely file an appeal.
