SUMMARY:

Property tax exemption; Beth Sholom Home of Eastern Virginia. Exempts the property of the Beth Sholom Home of Eastern Virginia from local property taxes in the City of Virginia Beach. This exemption is effective as of to January 1, 1998. This bill is identical to § 58.1-3650.762 contained in Senate Bill 5.
