Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Any municipal [ or recreational ]
purpose restriction placed on real property acquired [ by the
Commonwealth or ] from the Commonwealth by any [
city with a population of greater than 350,000
locality ] shall be satisfied if the property is used for
tourism purposes which benefit the [ city's
locality's ] tourism industry.
