Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Any municipal purpose restriction placed on real property acquired from the Commonwealth by any city with a population of greater than 350,000 shall be satisfied if the property is used for tourism purposes which benefit the city's tourism industry.
